DELIVERY
Standard shipping is free within Australia – express shipping is available at extra cost and international shipping is available at checkout.
You will be emailed your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
ORDERS
Once the payment has successfully processed your order will be packaged for collection by our delivery provider. Orders paid via direct bank transfer will take up 2 days longer to dispatch.

No, we do not create parties – we provide a kit to “get the party started”. You can add whatever colours and themes to the pack and let your imagination run wild
From experience six seems to be a good number taking into consideration your furbabies and friends and how they get along. Where you are holding your Barkday party also needs to be considered – in a park you may think a few more but in your own backyard six may seem ideal.
If you would like extras of any item you can purchase additional individual items, upon check out.
The box is designed as a keep sake to store your furbabies memorabilia and treasures such as their first baby collar.
Yes. Our invitation is available on the website to be downloaded.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All products are checked before dispatch. As per Australian Consumer Law (ACL) we will only accept returns due to faulty items.
